Our Muslim Paper Dolls

Assalamu aliakum,

Dear Sister Umm Danyal who has illustrated several book covers for me has designed some adorable paper dolls for me. So many children enjoy playing with paper dolls; such a wonderful activity to inspire the imagination.

So you can imagine how happy I was when I opened my email and there they were! After some careful cutting and colouring we will be ready to have imaginary play time insha'Allah. We decided that they are brother and sister and that there are lots of adventures to be had with them insha'Allah.

Hopefully I'll come back and update this post because I'd love to share these with you all insha'Allah. So check back later this evening and insha'Allah, the file will be here to download.

Here they are alhamdulillah!

Enjoy insha'Allah!

  6. aa,

my daughter has an assignment for her Islamic school to make clothes for these dolls? Are there any other clothes pdfs besides the one on the pdf above? If not, we will just have to decorate those (but she wants more variety). Please respond before Friday as its due then. JAK.

  10. Thank you! My little (Christian) daughter just picked these two paper dolls from among all the paper doll image options Google offered her! Now we have a chance to discuss different religions and different clothing traditions :) Thanks, peace and blessings!
