Alhamdulillaah, here is book ten that compliments sister Umm Maimoonah's Islamic Studies Curriculum. The book is late and for this please accept my apologies. This book is entitled, "Let's Learn About The Qur'aan".
Given the subject matter of this book, it is not as light as the others. This book is intended to be taught by teacher and/or parent, not to be studied independently by the child. There are activities for children to complete that assess their comprehension of the material and a colouring activity as well. There is also a sample of what the tafsir of a surah looks like. Children also learn about different aspects and facts about the Qur'aan as well as what manners we should have when reciting the Qur'aan and more.
Here is a sample page:
Enjoy insha'Allaah!
Assalaamu Alaikum sis

Sister I have a question. Can I use your resources in my class.I am an Islamic Studies teacher in tbe weekend school.
ReplyDeleteAssalamu alaikum,
DeleteApologies for the terribly late response. In answer to your question, yes, if it is not for profit (i.e. you do not sell the books to students or anyone else) you may use them in your weekend school. Jazakillaahu khayran for being considerate to ask.
